At Swimming With A Purpose, we are committed to providing high-quality programs and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering.

By enrolling in swimming lessons with Swimming With A Purpose, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all clients, students, and parents/guardians of minors participating in lessons provided by Swimming With A Purpose.

Payment
All swim lesson registrations must be completed via website
Payment for swim lessons must be made in full before the first lesson, or according to the agreed-upon payment plan.
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, Paypal.

All fees are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made by Swimming With A Purpose.

Cancellations by Clients
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled lesson time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our scheduling as needed.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in a full charge for the missed lesson, and no make-up lesson will be provided.

Cancellations by Swimming With A Purpose
In the event that we need to cancel a lesson due to weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible You will be offered a make-up lesson or a full refund for any canceled lessons. Make-up lessons will be scheduled at a time that works for both parties, based on availability.

Make-Up Lessons
Make-up lessons for client cancellations with proper notice or cancellations by Swimming With A Purpose will be scheduled as soon as possible and based on availability.

Make-up lessons must be used within 30 days of the missed lesson, after which the opportunity expires. Make-up lessons are not transferable and must be used by the original registrant only.

No Show Policy
If a client does not show up for a scheduled lesson and does not notify us in advance, the full lesson fee will be charged, and no make-up lesson will be offered. If a client does not show up for a lesson and has used their one-time forgiven
